{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-4-604","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 26B-4-604","heading":"Department rulemaking.","body":"The department, in collaboration with the advisory committee, shall make rules in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, to:\n(1) specify assessment tools and outcomes that a qualified provider may use to determine the types of supports that a qualified individual needs;\n(2) define evidence-based treatments that a qualified individual may pay for with grant funding;\n(3) establish criteria for awarding a grant under this part;\n(4) specify the information that an individual shall submit to demonstrate that the individual is a qualified individual;\n(5) specify the information a provider shall submit to demonstrate that the provider is a qualified provider; and\n(6) specify the content and timing of reports required from a qualified provider, including a report on actual and projected treatment outcomes for a qualified individual.","path":["Title 26B Utah Health and Human Services Code","Chapter 26B-4 Health Care - Delivery and Access","Part 26B-4-6 Adult Autism Treatment Program"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title26B/Chapter4/26B-4-S604.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"497f6b33fcdf4c23b99c64d9fb87faac7cdf7fb3c07e99daa0bb86061e897ff4","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-4-603","next":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-4-701"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
