{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-4-707","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 26B-4-707","heading":"Medical Education Program.","body":"(1) There is created a Medical Education Program to be administered by UMEC in cooperation with the Division of Finance.\n(2) The program shall be funded from money received for graduate medical education from:\n(a) the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or other federal agency;\n(b) state appropriations; and\n(c) donation or private contributions.\n(3) All funding for this program shall be nonlapsing.\n(4) Program money may only be expended if:\n(a) approved by UMEC; and\n(b) used for graduate medical education in accordance with Subsection 26B-4-708(4).","path":["Title 26B Utah Health and Human Services Code","Chapter 26B-4 Health Care - Delivery and Access","Part 26B-4-7 Health Care Workforce"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title26B/Chapter4/26B-4-S707.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"a3e8a7422214d41c24accf5d299080734a94b9f83c4176e0b1382f064f9e7b8e","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-4-706","next":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-4-708"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
