{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-5-110","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 26B-5-110","heading":"Suicide Prevention Education Program -- Definitions -- Grant requirements.","body":"(1) As used in this section, \"bureau\" means the Bureau of Criminal Identification created in Section 53-10-201 within the Department of Public Safety.\n(2) There is created a Suicide Prevention Education Program to fund suicide prevention education opportunities for federally licensed firearms dealers who operate a retail establishment open to the public and the dealers' employees.\n(3) The division, in conjunction with the bureau, shall provide a grant to an employer described in Subsection (2) in accordance with the criteria provided in Subsection 26B-5-611(7)(b).\n(4) An employer may apply for a grant of up to $2,500 under the program.","path":["Title 26B Utah Health and Human Services Code","Chapter 26B-5 Health Care - Substance Use and Mental Health","Part 26B-5-1 General Provisions"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title26B/Chapter5/26B-5-S110.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"f7ddb65190f62aae6fd70bb893cc3519c675a4bbf09e5c80c4e86e2186c93d9d","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-5-109","next":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-5-111"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
