{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-5-201","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 26B-5-201","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this part:\n(1) \"Juvenile substance use offender\" means any minor who has committed a drug or alcohol related offense under the jurisdiction of the juvenile court in accordance with Section 78A-6-103.\n(2) \"Local substance abuse authority\" means a county legislative body designated to provide substance abuse services in accordance with Section 17-77-201.\n(3) \"Minor\" means the same as that term is defined in Section 80-1-102.\n(4) \"Teen substance use school\" means any school established by the local substance abuse authority, in cooperation with the Board of Juvenile Court Judges, that provides an educational, interpersonal, skill-building experience for juvenile substance abuse offenders and their parents or legal guardians.","path":["Title 26B Utah Health and Human Services Code","Chapter 26B-5 Health Care - Substance Use and Mental Health","Part 26B-5-2 Substance Use Disorder Intervention, Prevention, and Education"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title26B/Chapter5/26B-5-S201.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"19d7883ea28f7c7b1c4723c65505a9a73ccf952464107f0176c51b8ac9a7a2d2","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-5-122","next":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-5-202"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
