{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-5-606","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 26B-5-606","heading":"Division duties -- ACT team license creation.","body":"(1) To promote the availability of assertive community treatment, the division shall make rules, in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, that create a certificate for ACT team personnel and ACT teams, that includes:\n(a) the standards the division establishes under Subsection (2); and\n(b) guidelines for:\n(i) required training and experience of ACT team personnel; and\n(ii) the coordination of assertive community treatment and other community resources.\n(2) The division shall,in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, make rules that establish standards that an applicant is required to meet to qualify for the certifications described in Subsection (1).","path":["Title 26B Utah Health and Human Services Code","Chapter 26B-5 Health Care - Substance Use and Mental Health","Part 26B-5-6 Mental Health Intervention and Treatment Programs"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title26B/Chapter5/26B-5-S606.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"66e9b7d17bc356f507eb902c580059df5e0ac9a26d4c7d537121aa872eb2e089","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-5-605","next":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-5-607"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
