{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-5-804","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 26B-5-804","heading":"Chair -- Vacancies -- Quorum -- Expenses.","body":"(1) The members of each subcommittee established by the committee shall annually select a chair or co-chairs from among the members of the subcommittee.\n(2) When a vacancy occurs in the membership for any reason, the replacement shall be appointed for the unexpired term in the same manner as the position was originally filled.\n(3) A majority of the members of a subcommittee constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business by the subcommittee.\n(4) A member may not receive compensation or benefits for the member's service, but may receive per diem and travel expenses in accordance with:\n(a) Section 63A-3-106;\n(b) Section 63A-3-107; and\n(c) rules made by the Division of Finance pursuant to Sections 63A-3-106 and 63A-3-107.","path":["Title 26B Utah Health and Human Services Code","Chapter 26B-5 Health Care - Substance Use and Mental Health","Part 26B-5-8 Utah Behavioral Health Policy Review Committee"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title26B/Chapter5/26B-5-S804.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"17377b9e1ac90cc36f5832f8e5d0d077857ad990ab3406b89869e7a915d768b7","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-5-803","next":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-6-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
