{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-31a-19a-308","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 31A-19a-308","heading":"Rate service organizations -- Filing requirements.","body":"(1) A rate service organization shall file with the commissioner any of the following that is used in this state:\n(a) any statistical plan;\n(b) all prospective loss costs;\n(c) provisions for special assessments;\n(d) all supplementary rating information; and\n(e) any change, amendment, or modification of an item described in Subsections (1)(a) through (d).\n(2) The filings required under Subsection (1) shall be subject to Sections 31A-19a-203 and 31A-19a-206 and other provisions of this chapter relating to filings made by insurers.","path":["Title 31A Insurance Code","Chapter 31A-19a Utah Rate Regulation Act","Part 31A-19a-3 Rate Service Organizations"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title31A/Chapter19a/31A-19a-S308.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"7855b5f6f0bc1bf295a256035cc48dc9706ba124c9b421b9b5baf80295c27509","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-31a-19a-307","next":"us-ut/utah-code-31a-19a-309"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
