{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-31a-27a-118","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 31A-27a-118","heading":"Commissioner's reports.","body":"(1) The commissioner shall include in the commissioner's annual report:\n(a) the names of the insurers proceeded against under Sections 31A-27a-207 and 31A-27a-901;\n(b) those facts which indicate in reasonable detail the commissioner's formal proceedings under this chapter; and\n(c) those facts which generally explain the use and effectiveness of proceedings under Chapter 27, Part 5, Administrative Actions, and Section 31A-27a-901.\n(2) The commissioner as receiver shall make and file annual reports and any other required reports for an insurer proceeded against under Sections 31A-27a-207 and 31A-27a-901 in the manner, in the form, and within the time required by law of an insurer authorized to do business in this state.","path":["Title 31A Insurance Code","Chapter 31A-27a Insurer Receivership Act","Part 31A-27a-1 General Provisions"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title31A/Chapter27a/31A-27a-S118.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"e6595726faf65719bb8ac3ffd94cdf34b8b4c3dd987a336285bba38f51e7eacc","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-31a-27a-117","next":"us-ut/utah-code-31a-27a-119"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
