{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-31a-30-114","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 31A-30-114","heading":"Disclosure.","body":"(1) A covered carrier shall make the information described in Subsection (2) available:\n(a) to:\n(i) a small employer; or\n(ii) an individual; and\n(b)\n(i) at the time of solicitation; or\n(ii) upon the request of:\n(A) a small employer; or\n(B) an individual;\n(c) as part of the covered carrier's solicitation and sales materials.\n(2) The following information is required to be disclosed or made available under Subsection (1):\n(a) the provisions of the coverage concerning the covered carrier's right to change premium rates; and\n(b) the factors that may effect changes in premium rates;\n(c) the provisions of the coverage relating to renewability of coverage; and\n(d) the provisions of the coverage relating to any preexisting condition exclusion.","path":["Title 31A Insurance Code","Chapter 31A-30 Individual, Small Employer, and Group Health Insurance Act","Part 31A-30-1 Individual and Small Employer Group"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title31A/Chapter30/31A-30-S114.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"b23c4cb6a4fad22051f5c99beb7ece52a250c94fc4eac702b0821b60239d5b10","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-31a-30-112","next":"us-ut/utah-code-31a-30-115"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
