{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-31a-4-107.5","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 31A-4-107.5","heading":"Penalty for failure of a regulated health insurance entity to fulfill duties related to state claims for Medicaid payment or recovery.","body":"(1) For purposes of this section, \"regulated health insurance entity\" means a health insurance entity, as defined in Section 26B-3-1001, that is subject to regulation by the department.\n(2) If a regulated health insurance entity fails to comply with the provisions of Section 26B-3-1004:\n(a) the commissioner may revoke or suspend, in whole or in part, a license, certificate of authority, registration, or other authority that is granted by the commissioner to the regulated health insurance entity; and\n(b) the regulated health insurance entity is subject to the penalties and procedures provided for in Section 31A-2-308.","path":["Title 31A Insurance Code","Chapter 31A-4 Insurers in General"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title31A/Chapter4/31A-4-S107.5.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"a23d4b2808cfd18156def446c022c96248e203a422a817d7ab0674b466bd808e","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-31a-4-107","next":"us-ut/utah-code-31a-4-108"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
