{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-31a-44-202","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 31A-44-202","heading":"Registration.","body":"(1) To register under this part, a person shall:\n(a) pay an original registration fee established by the department in accordance with Section 63J-1-504; and\n(b) submit a registration statement, in a form approved by the department, that contains the information described in Subsection (2).\n(2) A provider's registration statement shall include:\n(a) the provider disclosure described in Section 31A-44-301;\n(b) a copy of the continuing care contract that the provider will propose to a prospective facility resident;\n(c) evidence that the provider's facility is located or will be located in a zone that a municipality or county has zoned for continuing care facilities; and\n(d) information required by the department by rule made in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act.\n(3) The department shall accept or deny a registration no later than 180 days after the day on which the provider applies for registration.","path":["Title 31A Insurance Code","Chapter 31A-44 Continuing Care Provider Act","Part 31A-44-2 Registration"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title31A/Chapter44/31A-44-S202.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"68ddc3cee282a4d3b0a58fcf36c84993c99943e23fa3980aa763e1df277adbdf","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-31a-44-201","next":"us-ut/utah-code-31a-44-203"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
