{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-31a-44-403","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 31A-44-403","heading":"Resident advisory committee.","body":"(1) A provider shall maintain, beginning no later than two years after the day on which a facility is operational, a resident advisory committee for the facility that meets the requirements of this section.\n(2) A resident advisory committee shall:\n(a) consist of no fewer than the lesser of five residents or all residents;\n(b) meet no less than once per month; and\n(c) discuss resident concerns and communications relevant to the provider or the facility.\n(3) A provider shall:\n(a) meet with the resident advisory committee no fewer than three times per year; and\n(b) distribute a provider disclosure statement to the resident advisory committee each time the provider is required to renew the provider disclosure statement under Section 31A-44-301.","path":["Title 31A Insurance Code","Chapter 31A-44 Continuing Care Provider Act","Part 31A-44-4 Operations"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title31A/Chapter44/31A-44-S403.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"bbd9eff783ff1aa8ddceeb3bbdfe4bff2147f541c2e96490d2ae28a60aece8a9","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-31a-44-402","next":"us-ut/utah-code-31a-44-404"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
