{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-10-403","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 32B-10-403","heading":"Specific application requirements for industrial or manufacturing use permit.","body":"(1) To obtain an industrial or manufacturing use permit, in addition to complying with Section 32B-10-202, a person shall submit to the department:\n(a) a floor plan of the immediate area within the premises in which the person proposes that an alcoholic product be used, mixed, stored, sold, offered for sale, furnished, or consumed; and\n(b) if the person is applying for an industrial or manufacturing use permit to produce gasohol or any alcoholic product, evidence that the person has:\n(i) an approved Notice of Registration of Distilled Spirits Plant; and\n(ii) the appropriate permit from the federal Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau.\n(2)\n(a) The nonrefundable application fee for an industrial or manufacturing use permit is $75.\n(b) The one-time special use permit fee for an industrial or manufacturing use permit is $250.\n(c) The bond amount required for an industrial or manufacturing use permit is the penal sum of $1,000.","path":["Title 32B Alcoholic Beverage Control Act","Chapter 32B-10 Special Use Permit Act","Part 32B-10-4 Industrial or Manufacturing Use Permit"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title32B/Chapter10/32B-10-S403.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"9d93c5eeb51f8eac48d815f70ace5f3569398484c26124b00d4cf6a12da52b0c","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-10-402","next":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-10-404"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
