{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-11-607","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 32B-11-607","heading":"Commission and department duties before issuing local representative license.","body":"(1)\n(a) Before the commission may issue a local industry representative license, the department shall conduct an investigation and may hold public hearings to gather information and make recommendations to the commission as to whether a local industry representative license should be issued.\n(b) The department shall forward the information and recommendations described in Subsection (1)(a) to the commission to aid in the commission's determination.\n(2) Before issuing a local industry representative license, the commission shall:\n(a) determine that the person filed a complete application and is in compliance with Sections 32B-11-604 and 32B-11-606;\n(b) determine that the person is not disqualified under Section 32B-1-304; and\n(c) consider any other factor the commission considers necessary.","path":["Title 32B Alcoholic Beverage Control Act","Chapter 32B-11 Manufacturing and Related Licenses Act","Part 32B-11-6 Local Industry Representative License Act"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title32B/Chapter11/32B-11-S607.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"df781b9c81a058562f373aaf3aca70105f1d8b4274b8466b0b038b405e42c758","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-11-606","next":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-11-608"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
