{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-13-203","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 32B-13-203","heading":"Renewal requirements for beer wholesaling license.","body":"(1) A beer wholesaling license expires on December 31 of each year.\n(2) To renew a beer wholesaling license, a person shall submit to the department by no later than November 30 of the year the license expires:\n(a) a completed renewal application in a form prescribed by the department; and\n(b) a renewal fee in the following amount:\nCase Sales in Previous License Year for the Licensee | Renewal Fee\nunder 500,000 cases | $1,200\nequals or exceeds 500,000 cases but less than 1,000,000 cases | $2,350\nequals or exceeds 1,000,000 cases | $3,500.\n(3) Failure to meet the renewal requirements results in an automatic forfeiture of the beer wholesaling license effective on the date the existing beer wholesaling license expires.","path":["Title 32B Alcoholic Beverage Control Act","Chapter 32B-13 Beer Wholesaling License Act","Part 32B-13-2 Beer Wholesaling License Process"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title32B/Chapter13/32B-13-S203.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"4ab17acc9dca1717c5ea56631a1500207e380c4bbef819b09771440b9f55912a","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-13-202","next":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-13-204"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
