{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-17-102","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 32B-17-102","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this chapter:\n(1) \"Airport licensee\" means a person who holds a valid:\n(a) retail license for premises located at an international airport or domestic airport; or\n(b) special use permit for premises located at an international airport or domestic airport.\n(2) \"Central receiving and distribution center\" means a facility that:\n(a) operates at an international airport or domestic airport;\n(b) receives goods and supplies delivered to the international airport or domestic airport for an airport licensee;\n(c) screens the goods and supplies described in Subsection (2)(b) for security purposes; and\n(d) distributes the goods and supplies described in Subsection (2)(b) to the airport licensee for whom the goods and supplies were delivered.","path":["Title 32B Alcoholic Beverage Control Act","Chapter 32B-17 Liquor Transport License Act","Part 32B-17-1 General Provisions"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title32B/Chapter17/32B-17-S102.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"7911e4c6dd6833add78eb3a77639a15fb288496b5238cfea6673a509c4733c3e","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-17-101","next":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-17-201"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
