{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-17-202","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 32B-17-202","heading":"Application requirements for liquor transport license.","body":"To obtain a liquor transport license, a person shall submit to the department:\n(1) a written application in a form prescribed by the department;\n(2) a nonrefundable $300 application fee;\n(3) an initial license fee of $2,300 that is refundable if the commission does not issue a liquor transport license;\n(4) a copy of the person's current business license;\n(5) a bond as specified in Section 32B-17-206;\n(6) evidence that the person carries liability insurance in an amount and form satisfactory to the department;\n(7) if the person is a central receiving and distribution center:\n(a) a floor plan of each premises where the central receiving and distribution center proposes to receive, screen, store, or deliver alcoholic product;\n(b) a statement of the number of airport licensees for which the central receiving and distribution center proposes to provide services under the liquor transport license; and\n(c) a signed consent form stating that the central receiving and distribution center will permit any authorized representative of the commission or the department or a law enforcement officer to have unrestricted right to enter the central receiving and distribution center's premises, in compliance with applicable federal security procedures; and\n(8) any other information the commission or department requires.","path":["Title 32B Alcoholic Beverage Control Act","Chapter 32B-17 Liquor Transport License Act","Part 32B-17-2 Liquor Transport License Process"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title32B/Chapter17/32B-17-S202.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"f216da49f3fae6e7a96ac01c59924c27a8dc7b86f822e863c1179ebc22c1245e","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-17-201","next":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-17-203"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
