{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-6-1002","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 32B-6-1002","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this part:\n(1) \"Hospitality guest\" means an individual:\n(a)\n(i) who is a resident of a resort;\n(ii) for whom a resident of a resort provides lodging accommodations for compensation;\n(iii) for whom a hotel provides lodging accommodations for compensation; or\n(iv) for whom a resort provides lodging accommodations for compensation; and\n(b) who is at least 21 years of age.\n(2) \"Boundary of a hotel\" means the physical boundary of one or more contiguous parcels of real property owned or managed by the same person and on which a hotel is located.\n(3) \"Boundary of a resort building\" means the same as that term is defined in Section 32B-8-102.\n(4) \"Hotel\" means a commercial lodging establishment that offers at least 40 rooms as temporary sleeping accommodations for compensation.","path":["Title 32B Alcoholic Beverage Control Act","Chapter 32B-6 Specific Retail License Act","Part 32B-6-10 Hospitality Amenity License"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title32B/Chapter6/32B-6-S1002.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"c1012175095795275a689bd3569be566c457ff68131d35b947e3b58fcc08a8b0","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-6-1001","next":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-6-1003"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
