{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-6-204","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 32B-6-204","heading":"Specific licensing requirements for full-service restaurant license.","body":"(1) To obtain a full-service restaurant license a person shall comply with Chapter 5, Part 2, Retail Licensing Process.\n(2)\n(a) A full-service restaurant license expires on October 31 of each year.\n(b) To renew a person's full-service restaurant license, a person shall comply with the renewal requirements of Chapter 5, Part 2, Retail Licensing Process, by no later than September 30.\n(3)\n(a) The nonrefundable application fee for a full-service restaurant license is $330.\n(b)\n(i) The initial license fee for a full-service restaurant license is $2,200.\n(ii) The department shall prorate the $2,200 initial license fee for the period that begins the day on which the initial license fee is paid and ends the day on which the full-service restaurant license expires.\n(c) The renewal fee for a full-service restaurant license is $1,650.\n(4) The bond amount required for a full-service restaurant license is the penal sum of $10,000.","path":["Title 32B Alcoholic Beverage Control Act","Chapter 32B-6 Specific Retail License Act","Part 32B-6-2 Full-Service Restaurant License"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title32B/Chapter6/32B-6-S204.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"d95169c6e3e22e727a841b1e3fb1f28e96cc858d1345d1add0a6d5390c903bed","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-6-203","next":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-6-205.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
