{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-6-707","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 32B-6-707","heading":"Application of part to other retail license type.","body":"(1) A retail licensee who is not an on-premise beer retailer, but who sells, offers for sale, or furnishes beer pursuant to a different part under this chapter:\n(a) may sell, offer for sale, or furnish beer without obtaining a separate on-premise beer retailer license from the commission; and\n(b) shall comply with the operational requirements under this part that apply to an on-premise beer retailer, except when a requirement of this part is inconsistent with or less restrictive than an operational requirement under the relevant part under this chapter for the type of retail license.\n(2) Failure of a retail licensee or staff of the retail licensee to comply with a requirement of this part may result in disciplinary action in accordance with Chapter 3, Disciplinary Actions and Enforcement Act, against:\n(a) a retail licensee;\n(b) individual staff of a retail licensee; or\n(c) both a retail licensee and staff of the retail licensee.","path":["Title 32B Alcoholic Beverage Control Act","Chapter 32B-6 Specific Retail License Act","Part 32B-6-7 On-Premise Beer Retailer License"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title32B/Chapter6/32B-6-S707.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"cdf00127e6a06d31e3a38fa28d22ee6d7bef134b42af1b96ed02bc9437e28f4c","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-6-706","next":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-6-708"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
