{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-6-804","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 32B-6-804","heading":"Specific licensing requirements for reception center license.","body":"(1) To obtain a reception center license a person shall comply with Chapter 5, Part 2, Retail Licensing Process.\n(2)\n(a) A reception center license expires on October 31 of each year.\n(b) To renew a person's reception center license, a person shall comply with the renewal requirements of Chapter 5, Part 2, Retail Licensing Process, by no later than September 30.\n(3)\n(a) The nonrefundable application fee for a reception center license is $300.\n(b)\n(i) The initial license fee for a reception center license is $750.\n(ii) The department shall prorate the $750 initial license fee for the period that begins the day on which the initial license fee is paid and ends the day on which the reception center license expires.\n(c) The renewal fee for a reception center license is $750.\n(4) The bond amount required for a reception center license is the penal sum of $10,000.","path":["Title 32B Alcoholic Beverage Control Act","Chapter 32B-6 Specific Retail License Act","Part 32B-6-8 Reception Center License"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title32B/Chapter6/32B-6-S804.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"9fa5e4caab60ba639d29b4ccdcb3366620ad6ac3fecb45f406c2c947d6671647","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-6-803","next":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-6-805"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
