{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-6-904","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 32B-6-904","heading":"Specific licensing requirements for beer-only restaurant license.","body":"(1) To obtain a beer-only restaurant license a person shall comply with Chapter 5, Part 2, Retail Licensing Process.\n(2)\n(a) A beer-only restaurant license expires the last day of February of each year.\n(b) To renew a person's beer-only restaurant license, a person shall comply with the renewal requirements of Chapter 5, Part 2, Retail Licensing Process, by no later than January 31.\n(3)\n(a) The nonrefundable application fee for a beer-only restaurant license is $330.\n(b)\n(i) The initial license fee for a beer-only restaurant license is $825.\n(ii) The department shall prorate the $825 initial license fee for the period that begins the day on which the initial license fee is paid and ends the day on which the beer-only restaurant license expires.\n(c) The renewal fee for a beer-only restaurant license is $605.\n(4) The bond amount required for a beer-only restaurant license is the penal sum of $5,000.","path":["Title 32B Alcoholic Beverage Control Act","Chapter 32B-6 Specific Retail License Act","Part 32B-6-9 Beer-Only Restaurant License"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title32B/Chapter6/32B-6-S904.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"79c6cf5feb5cbd3f34f38455a0cd46a7cef230ed44a374526b2563c489991cdf","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-6-903","next":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-6-905.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
