{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-8d-105","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 32B-8d-105","heading":"Enforcement of operational requirements.","body":"(1) Except as provided in Subsection 32B-8-502(2) and in addition to Subsection (2), failure by a person to comply with this chapter or an operational requirement under a provision applicable to a sublicense may result in disciplinary action in accordance with Chapter 3, Disciplinary Actions and Enforcement Act, against:\n(a) a principal licensee;\n(b) individual staff of a principal licensee;\n(c) a sublicensee or person otherwise operating under a sublicense;\n(d) individual staff of a sublicensee or person otherwise operating under a sublicense; or\n(e) any combination of the persons listed in Subsections (1)(a) through (d).\n(2) An operational requirement applicable to a sublicensee or person operating under a sublicense is enforced as provided by the provisions applicable to the sublicense.","path":["Title 32B Alcoholic Beverage Control Act","Chapter 32B-8d Sublicense Act","Part 32B-8d-1 General Provisions"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title32B/Chapter8d/32B-8d-S105.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"61ec78f2c2c9696e5dfdc176f84d566ac4cf16ea67116709414d09e45662afc0","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-8d-104","next":"us-ut/utah-code-32b-8d-201"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
