{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-35a-13-303","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 35A-13-303","heading":"State Rehabilitation Advisory Council.","body":"(1) The executive director shall appoint a state rehabilitation advisory council to advise the office and the department concerning the needs of individuals with disabilities and the provision of vocational rehabilitation services.\n(2) A majority of the membership of the advisory council shall consist of individuals with disabilities.\n(3) A member of the council may not receive compensation or benefits for the member's service, but may receive per diem and travel expenses in accordance with:\n(a) Section 63A-3-106;\n(b) Section 63A-3-107; and\n(c) rules made by the Division of Finance in accordance with Sections 63A-3-106 and 63A-3-107.","path":["Title 35A Utah Workforce Services Code","Chapter 35A-13 Utah State Office of Rehabilitation Act","Part 35A-13-3 Governor's Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title35A/Chapter13/35A-13-S303.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"af3f55f6774f84536e94813f467d8041194042c788886ddbd408437d2dd83e6d","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-35a-13-203","next":"us-ut/utah-code-35a-13-401"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
