{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-35a-4-509","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 35A-4-509","heading":"Department to maintain website for employers.","body":"(1) The department shall develop and maintain a website through which employers may:\n(a) access the following information:\n(i) the division's rules and processes for the administration of this chapter;\n(ii) a description of conduct that disqualifies a claimant from receiving benefits under Section 35A-4-405;\n(iii) instructions for detecting and reporting possible violations of Section 35A-4-405;\n(iv) information about the process for determining whether a claimant has violated Section 35A-4-405, including the factors considered by the division in making the determination;\n(v) any other resources available to employers to assist in understanding the requirements of this chapter; and\n(vi) the division contact information;\n(b) report possible violations of Section 35A-4-405 to the division; and\n(c) communicate directly with the division.\n(2) The department shall ensure that the website described in Subsection (1):\n(a) is developed in a user-friendly manner with simple, easy-to-understand language; and\n(b) is directly accessible via a link from the main page of the division's website.","path":["Title 35A Utah Workforce Services Code","Chapter 35A-4 Employment Security Act","Part 35A-4-5 Administration and Funds"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title35A/Chapter4/35A-4-S509.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"1e691032f98e5c8c8915e093e885e3279b739445551ea47a241f6781c49652d0","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-35a-4-508","next":"us-ut/utah-code-35a-5-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
