{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-36-12-12.1","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 36-12-12.1","heading":"Posting of required reports and policies -- Compliance.","body":"The Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel shall maintain a page on the Legislature's website that provides the following information:\n(1) an annual list of all reports that a government entity, government official, or government employee is required to submit to a committee of the Legislature, including for each:\n(a) a brief description of the report;\n(b) the name of the committee to which submission is required;\n(c) the report submission deadline;\n(d) a citation to the law requiring the report;\n(e) an indication regarding whether the report is timely submitted, submitted late, or not submitted;\n(f) an indication regarding whether the report contained the information required by law; and\n(g) a link to the report; and\n(2) an annual list of each bill that becomes law that year that requires a government entity, government official, or government employee to adopt a policy, including for each:\n(a) the bill number and short title;\n(b) a citation to the law requiring the policy;\n(c) a brief description of the policy;\n(d) a list of the government entities, government officials, or government employees required to adopt the policy;\n(e) the deadline for adopting the policy; and\n(f) a link to the information described in Subsection 67-3-1(21).","path":["Title 36 Legislature","Chapter 36-12 Legislative Organization"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title36/Chapter12/36-12-S12.1.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"b350bfa438d56c67734a86ce5d0265a02080ff8a626575b740814a846255e880","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-36-12-12","next":"us-ut/utah-code-36-12-12.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
