{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-38-1a-602","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 38-1a-602","heading":"Notice concerning construction loan default.","body":"(1) Within five business days after a notice of default is filed for recording under Section 57-1-24 with respect to a trust deed on the project property securing a construction loan, the construction lender under the loan shall file a notice with the registry.\n(2) A notice under Subsection (1) shall:\n(a) include:\n(i) the information required to be included in a notice of construction loan under Subsection 38-1a-601(2); and\n(ii) the entry number of the notice of construction loan;\n(b) state that a notice of default with respect to the construction loan has been recorded; and\n(c) state the date that the notice of default was recorded.","path":["Title 38 Liens","Chapter 38-1a Preconstruction and Construction Liens","Part 38-1a-6 Construction Loans"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title38/Chapter1a/38-1a-S602.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"4f39f69a0a8d5053ea9c03ea4c27a61bedaea15d6060bfe04d5d764eb4e251ee","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-38-1a-601","next":"us-ut/utah-code-38-1a-603"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
