{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-4-20-104","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 4-20-104","heading":"Regional grazing advisory boards -- Duties.","body":"(1) The commissioner shall appoint members to a regional board for each grazing district from nominations submitted by:\n(a) the Utah Cattlemen's Association;\n(b) the Utah Woolgrowers Association;\n(c) the Utah Farm Bureau Federation; and\n(d) a conservation district, if the conservation district's boundaries include some portion of the grazing district.\n(2) Regional boards:\n(a) shall provide advice and recommendations to the state board; and\n(b) may receive money from the Rangeland Improvement Account created in Section 4-20-105.\n(3) If a regional board receives money as authorized by Subsection (2)(b), the regional board shall elect a treasurer to expend the money:\n(a) as directed by the regional board; and\n(b) in accordance with Section 4-20-106.","path":["Title 4 Utah Agricultural Code","Chapter 4-20 Rangeland Improvement Act"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title4/Chapter20/4-20-S104.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"bbba56506738268cfdb66c28c7ae47c1c68a1bb5a0a3565799d2084e58e40c2d","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-4-20-103","next":"us-ut/utah-code-4-20-105"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
