{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-4-20-105","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 4-20-105","heading":"Rangeland Improvement Account -- Administered by department.","body":"(1)\n(a) There is created a restricted account within the General Fund known as the \"Rangeland Improvement Account.\"\n(b) The restricted account shall consist of:\n(i) money received by the state from the United States Secretary of Interior under the Taylor Grazing Act, 43 U.S.C. Section 315 et seq., for sales, leases, and fees;\n(ii) grants or appropriations from the state or federal government; and\n(iii) grants from private foundations.\n(c) Interest earned on the restricted account shall be deposited into the General Fund.\n(2) The department shall:\n(a) administer the restricted account;\n(b) obtain from the United States Department of Interior the receipts collected from:\n(i) fees in each grazing district; and\n(ii) the receipts collected from the sale or lease of public lands; and\n(c) distribute restricted account money in accordance with Section 4-20-106.","path":["Title 4 Utah Agricultural Code","Chapter 4-20 Rangeland Improvement Act"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title4/Chapter20/4-20-S105.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"b6c9a03d4cb5bb125adce61ad96a9ba86b97a0b6c2022077ce2f608499a692b0","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-4-20-104","next":"us-ut/utah-code-4-20-106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
