{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-4-22-107","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 4-22-107","heading":"Exemption from certain operational requirements.","body":"(1) The commission is exempt from:\n(a) Title 51, Chapter 5, Funds Consolidation Act;\n(b) Title 51, Chapter 7, State Money Management Act;\n(c) Title 63A, Utah Government Operations Code;\n(d) Title 63G, Chapter 6a, Utah Procurement Code, but the commission shall adopt procedures to ensure that the commission makes purchases:\n(i) in a manner that provides for fair competition between providers; and\n(ii) at competitive prices;\n(e) Title 63J, Chapter 1, Budgetary Procedures Act; and\n(f) Title 63A, Chapter 17, Utah State Personnel Management Act.\n(2) The commission is subject to:\n(a) Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings Act;\n(b) Section 67-3-12; and\n(c) Title 63G, Chapter 2, Government Records Access and Management Act.","path":["Title 4 Utah Agricultural Code","Chapter 4-22 Dairy Promotion","Part 4-22-1 Organization"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title4/Chapter22/4-22-S107.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"8f8ea994a649c4d18e7b34819d342598fc80f024db87a14eae0723fce9528749","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-4-22-106","next":"us-ut/utah-code-4-22-108"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
