{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-4-24-501","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 4-24-501","heading":"Utah Livestock Brand and Anti-Theft Account created -- Deposit of fees -- Purpose of expenditures.","body":"(1) There is created within the General Fund a restricted account known as the Utah Livestock Brand and Anti-Theft Account.\n(2) The following money shall be deposited into the Utah Livestock Brand and Anti-Theft Account:\n(a) money received by the department under any provision of this chapter; and\n(b) money received by the department under any provision of Title 4, Chapter 39, Domesticated Elk Act.\n(3) Money in the Utah Livestock Brand and Anti-Theft Account shall be used for the administration of this chapter and of Title 4, Chapter 39, Domesticated Elk Act.","path":["Title 4 Utah Agricultural Code","Chapter 4-24 Utah Livestock Brand and Anti-Theft Act","Part 4-24-5 Unlawful Acts and Penalties"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title4/Chapter24/4-24-S501.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"cbb972d5fce2e1712a720d3af2ec17c4c9e7f9b133de47673e837f8a57312cee","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-4-24-406","next":"us-ut/utah-code-4-24-502"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
