{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-4-31-119","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 4-31-119","heading":"Disease control of poultry, waterfowl, and game-birds.","body":"(1) Except as provided in Subsection (2), the department may:\n(a) make rules, in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, that are necessary for the control and prevention of disease in poultry, waterfowl, and game-birds; and\n(b) enforce the rules described in Subsection (1)(a).\n(2) The department may not make a rule under Subsection (1)(a) that relates to protected wildlife that is:\n(a) living in nature; and\n(b) under the jurisdiction of the Division of Wildlife Resources.","path":["Title 4 Utah Agricultural Code","Chapter 4-31 Control of Animal Disease"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title4/Chapter31/4-31-S119.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"3ee93f77693ed0dcc019614cbc31d0441f64af584334d7cefe99aa127ea67902","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-4-31-118","next":"us-ut/utah-code-4-32-102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
