{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-4-37-110","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 4-37-110","heading":"Inspection of records and facilities.","body":"(1) The following records and information shall be maintained by an aquaculture or fee fishing facility for a period of two years and shall be available for inspection by a department representative during reasonable hours:\n(a) records of purchase, acquisition, distribution, and production histories of aquatic animals;\n(b) a license; and\n(c) valid identification of stocks, including origin of stocks.\n(2) Department representatives may conduct pathological, fish culture, or physical investigations at any aquaculture, public aquaculture, or fee fishing facility during reasonable hours.","path":["Title 4 Utah Agricultural Code","Chapter 4-37 Aquaculture Act","Part 4-37-1 General Provisions"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title4/Chapter37/4-37-S110.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"6e22b12579200d8b8d59332ebbad7fce48b007b22aaa991d538cfba3480d55fa","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-4-37-109","next":"us-ut/utah-code-4-37-111"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
