{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-4-37-302","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 4-37-302","heading":"Acquisition of aquatic animals for use in fee fishing facilities.","body":"(1) Live aquatic animals intended for use in fee fishing facilities may be purchased or acquired only from:\n(a) aquaculture facilities within the state that have a license and health approval number;\n(b) public aquaculture facilities within the state that have a health approval number; or\n(c) sources outside the state that are health approved pursuant to Part 5, Health Approval.\n(2)\n(a) A person holding a license for a fee fishing facility shall submit to the department an annual report of all live fish purchased or acquired.\n(b) The report shall contain the following information:\n(i) name, address, and license number of the seller or supplier;\n(ii) number and weight by species;\n(iii) date of purchase or transfer; and\n(iv) name, address, and license number of the receiver.\n(c) The report shall be submitted to the department before a license is renewed or a subsequent license is issued.","path":["Title 4 Utah Agricultural Code","Chapter 4-37 Aquaculture Act","Part 4-37-3 Fee Fishing Facilities"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title4/Chapter37/4-37-S302.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"036f4416d450d83d85c5c4144831ecd6d2b6943d8791019b5c1c468356cc0c2e","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-4-37-301","next":"us-ut/utah-code-4-37-303"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
