{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-4-39-206","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 4-39-206","heading":"Records to be maintained.","body":"(1) The following records and information shall be maintained by a domesticated elk facility for the life of the animal plus five years:\n(a) records of purchase, acquisition, distribution, and production histories of domesticated elk;\n(b) records documenting antler harvesting, production, and distribution; and\n(c) health certificates.\n(2) For purposes of carrying out this chapter and rules made under this chapter, at any reasonable time during regular business hours, the department shall have free and unimpeded access to inspect all records required to be kept.\n(3) The department may make copies of the records referred to in this section.","path":["Title 4 Utah Agricultural Code","Chapter 4-39 Domesticated Elk Act","Part 4-39-2 Domesticated Elk Facilities and Licenses"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title4/Chapter39/4-39-S206.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"6d6000f0eb9f19b5fd319eb418dbf5960e747334b26c4b1bc585147a862c34bd","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-4-39-205","next":"us-ut/utah-code-4-39-207"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
