{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-4-46-301","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 4-46-301","heading":"LeRay McAllister Working Farm and Ranch Account.","body":"(1) There is created a restricted account within the General Fund entitled the \"LeRay McAllister Working Farm and Ranch Account.\"\n(2) The LeRay McAllister Working Farm and Ranch Account shall consist of:\n(a) appropriations by the Legislature;\n(b) grants from federal or private sources;\n(c) revenue paid in accordance with Section 59-2-506, 59-2-511, 59-2-1705, or 59-2-1710; and\n(d) interest and earnings from the account.\n(3) The Land Conservation Board created in Section 4-46-201 may use appropriations from the account in accordance with Section 4-46-302.","path":["Title 4 Utah Agricultural Code","Chapter 4-46 Conservation Coordination Act","Part 4-46-3 LeRay McAllister Working Farm And Ranch Account"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title4/Chapter46/4-46-S301.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"e6b350a64b59a14bf76714b752e28f6373b92680058d172528c21a8ac8f3b81c","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-4-46-202","next":"us-ut/utah-code-4-46-302"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
