{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-41-1a-1607","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 41-1a-1607","heading":"State agency special group license plates.","body":"(1) A sponsoring organization that is a state agency:\n(a) shall only use funds received through the sponsored special group license plate program for the implementation or administration of the state agency's designated program; and\n(b) may not direct funds received through the sponsored special group license plate program to a nongovernmental entity.\n(2)\n(a) For a classic support special group license plate described in Section 41-1a-419, the division shall require each applicant to pay a $25 contribution to obtain the classic support special group license plate.\n(b) The division shall transfer revenue from the classic support special group license plate into the General Fund.","path":["Title 41 Motor Vehicles","Chapter 41-1a Motor Vehicle Act","Part 41-1a-16 Sponsored Special Group License Plates"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title41/Chapter1a/41-1a-S1607.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"db447bab672570a19486fe0390e27249b5aec18d43b876f315c1430792d85457","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-41-1a-1606","next":"us-ut/utah-code-41-1a-1608"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
