{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-41-28-101","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 41-28-101","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this chapter:\n(1)\n(a) \"Classic travel trailer\" means a travel trailer, camping trailer, or fifth wheel trailer that is:\n(i) model year 1982 or older; and\n(ii) primarily a collector's item that is used for:\n(A) participation in club activities;\n(B) exhibitions;\n(C) tours;\n(D) parades;\n(E) occasional recreational or vacation use; or\n(F) other similar uses.\n(b) \"Classic travel trailer\" does not include a travel trailer, camping trailer, or fifth wheel trailer that is used for the general daily transportation of an individual or property.\n(2) \"Classic vehicle\" means:\n(a) a motor vehicle or motorcycle:\n(i) with a model year of 1982 or older; and\n(ii) that is driven fewer than 1,500 miles per calendar year; or\n(b) a classic travel trailer.\n(3) \"Motor vehicle\" means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-1a-102.\n(4) \"Motorcycle\" means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-1a-102.","path":["Title 41 Motor Vehicles","Chapter 41-28 Classic Vehicles"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title41/Chapter28/41-28-S101.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-10-08T05:59:23Z","sha256":"ad0077ee3184e189e09450bf19a291f2cc06af5e3a0a10eae4e5718201bf3a6b","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-41-27-301","next":"us-ut/utah-code-41-28-102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
