{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-41-6a-532","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 41-6a-532","heading":"DUI reporting system requirements.","body":"(1) As used in this section, \"electronic DUI reporting system\" means a software platform or electronic form used by a law enforcement agency to generate, submit, or store reports related to an investigation or arrest for driving under the influence under this part.\n(2) A vendor that provides an electronic DUI reporting system to a law enforcement agency shall ensure that the electronic DUI reporting system is capable of being updated to conform with statutory changes affecting offenses under this part.\n(3) A vendor described in Subsection (2) shall implement any update or change required to conform with a statutory change no later than the effective date of the statutory change.","path":["Title 41 Motor Vehicles","Chapter 41-6a Traffic Code","Part 41-6a-5 Driving Under the Influence and Reckless Driving"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title41/Chapter6a/41-6a-S532.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"91bd2f45bef9a275ac44c7a77906aba45e71f1ba2e0c505f7acd72f5302e6b91","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-41-6a-531","next":"us-ut/utah-code-41-6a-601"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
