{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-48-1d-111","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 48-1d-111","heading":"Signing and filing pursuant to judicial order.","body":"(1) If a person required by this chapter to sign a record or deliver a record to the division for filing under this chapter does not do so, any other person that is aggrieved may petition a court with jurisdiction under Title 78A, Judiciary and Judicial Administration, to order:\n(a) the person to sign the record;\n(b) the person to deliver the record to the division for filing; or\n(c) the division to file the record unsigned.\n(2) If a petitioner under Subsection (1) is not the partnership or foreign limited liability partnership to which the record pertains, the petitioner shall make the partnership or foreign limited liability partnership a party to the action.\n(3) A record filed under Subsection (1)(c) is effective without being signed.","path":["Title 48 Unincorporated Business Entity Act","Chapter 48-1d Utah Uniform Partnership Act","Part 48-1d-1 General Provisions"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title48/Chapter1d/48-1d-S111.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"4bcf395cbdfa149febfb0d0206bdcb2d4a6365d9270b6f8c1235b68dd070bd30","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-48-1d-110","next":"us-ut/utah-code-48-1d-112"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
