{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-48-3a-911","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 48-3a-911","heading":"Withdrawal of registration of registered foreign limited liability company.","body":"(1) A registered foreign limited liability company may withdraw its registration by delivering a statement of withdrawal to the division for filing. The statement of withdrawal must state:\n(a) the name of the foreign limited liability company and its jurisdiction of formation;\n(b) that the foreign limited liability company is not doing business in this state and that it withdraws its registration to do business in this state;\n(c) that the foreign limited liability company revokes the authority of its registered agent to accept service on its behalf in this state; and\n(d) an address to which service of process may be made under Subsection (2).\n(2) After the withdrawal of the registration of a foreign limited liability company, service of process in any action or proceeding based on a cause of action arising during the time the foreign limited liability company was registered to do business in this state may be made pursuant to Subsection 16-17-301(2).","path":["Title 48 Unincorporated Business Entity Act","Chapter 48-3a Utah Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act","Part 48-3a-9 Foreign Limited Liability Companies"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title48/Chapter3a/48-3a-S911.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"6fa0b8ea86cd20f8a90cd1ac32c69bc7ca2d6a3150465c7ea131516f33fe9a2c","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-48-3a-910","next":"us-ut/utah-code-48-3a-912"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
