{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-51-7-18.2","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 51-7-18.2","heading":"Public treasurer's reports -- Contents.","body":"(1) The council may:\n(a) require a public treasurer to prepare and file a written report in a form prescribed by the council containing the information required by this section; and\n(b) specify that the report will contain the information required by this section for any date.\n(2) The council shall require the report to include information:\n(a) specifying the amount of public funds in the public treasurer's possession or control;\n(b) detailing the nature and extent of the deposit and investment of those funds;\n(c) detailing the rate of return on each deposit or investment; and\n(d) detailing the nature and extent of interest rate contracts authorized by Subsection 51-7-17(3).\n(3) The public treasurer shall file the report with the council within 10 days after the day on which the public treasurer receives the council's request.\n(4) A public treasurer shall make copies of a report required by this section available for inspection by the public at the public treasurer's office during normal business hours.","path":["Title 51 Public Funds and Accounts","Chapter 51-7 State Money Management Act"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title51/Chapter7/51-7-S18.2.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"3a121a69c4bb30189c697d37ee2ff838fc0bd2b0c3c52317feaf0d453b751576","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-51-7-18.1","next":"us-ut/utah-code-51-7-18.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
