{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-53-10-213","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 53-10-213","heading":"Reporting requirements.","body":"(1) As used in this section:\n(a) \"Interstate compact supervised individual\" means the same as that term is defined in Section 77-7-5.\n(b) \"Violent felony\" means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-3-203.5.\n(2) Subject to Subsection (3), the bureau shall submit to the National Crime Information Center the record received:\n(a) from the court in accordance with Subsection 78B-7-603(5)(e);\n(b) from the court in accordance with Subsection 53-10-208.1(3);\n(c) in accordance with Section 53-10-208.1 for a nonextraditable warrant issued for a violent felony;\n(d) for a nonextraditable warrant issued for knowingly failing to register under Title 53, Chapter 29, Sex, Kidnap, and Child Abuse Offender Registry, for a sexual offense under Section 53-29-305; and\n(e) from the court or the Board of Pardons and Parole for an extraditable warrant issued for an interstate compact supervised individual in accordance with Section 77-28c-106.\n(3) The bureau shall submit a record received under Subsection (2) to the National Crime Information Center within 48 hours of receipt, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.","path":["Title 53 Public Safety Code","Chapter 53-10 Criminal Investigations and Technical Services Act","Part 53-10-2 Bureau of Criminal Identification"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title53/Chapter10/53-10-S213.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"a4ba5b8276421148deb2914f1c14e52475bd4940d90b55add166ecc52f5976f1","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-53-10-212","next":"us-ut/utah-code-53-10-301"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
