{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-53c-1-307","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 53C-1-307","heading":"Annual report.","body":"(1) At the end of each fiscal year, the director shall publish an annual report of the administration's activities for the preceding fiscal year.\n(2) The report described in Subsection (1) shall contain:\n(a) an account of the administration's activities for the preceding fiscal year;\n(b) financial statements of the administration that are audited by the state auditor or an independent auditor engaged by the state auditor in accordance with Subsection 67-3-1(3);\n(c) by no later than June 30, 2029, and annually thereafter, the most recent approximate valuation of the administration's land portfolio as required in Subsection 53C-1-303(1)(i); and\n(d) an account of the total amount of funds distributed by the administration to the School and Institutional Trust Fund Office in accordance with Subsection 53C-3-102(1).","path":["Title 53C School and Institutional Trust Lands Management Act","Chapter 53C-1 Administration","Part 53C-1-3 Director and School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title53C/Chapter1/53C-1-S307.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"cd5db15376390777ad4260c05dd91952f39da4f80eee3022f405984bd531b653","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-53c-1-306","next":"us-ut/utah-code-53c-2-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
