{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-53f-5-404","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 53F-5-404","heading":"Technical assistance.","body":"(1) In accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 6a, Utah Procurement Code, the state board shall identify two or more technical assistance providers that a partnership may select from to assist the partnership in:\n(a) establishing shared goals, outcomes, and measurement practices;\n(b) creating the capabilities to achieve shared goals and outcomes that may include providing leadership development training to members of the partnership; and\n(c) using data to align and improve efforts focused on student success.\n(2) In identifying technical assistance providers under this section the state board shall identify providers that have a credible track record of providing technical assistance as described in Subsection (1).","path":["Title 53F Public Education System -- Funding","Chapter 53F-5 State Funding -- Initiative Grant Programs","Part 53F-5-4 Partnerships for Student Success Grant Program"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title53F/Chapter5/53F-5-S404.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"95937447c85d09fdd2750d80284e684c37db16e988884435f512b06c9a19e966","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-53f-5-403","next":"us-ut/utah-code-53f-5-405"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
