{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-53f-9-305","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 53F-9-305","heading":"Local Levy Growth Account.","body":"(1) As used in this section, \"account\" means the Local Levy Growth Account created in this section.\n(2) There is created within the Income Tax Fund a restricted account known as the \"Local Levy Growth Account.\"\n(3) The account shall be funded by:\n(a) amounts deposited into the account in accordance with Section 53F-2-301; and\n(b) other legislative appropriations.\n(4) The account shall earn interest.\n(5) Interest earned on the account shall be deposited into the account.\n(6) The Legislature shall appropriate money in the account to the state board.","path":["Title 53F Public Education System -- Funding","Chapter 53F-9 Funds and Accounts","Part 53F-9-3 Income Tax Fund"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title53F/Chapter9/53F-9-S305.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"fb99b9a3cb7b7d07ce2202a284d043eac215c720b7eb8f680b27e949b541d1dd","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-53f-9-304","next":"us-ut/utah-code-53f-9-306"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
