{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-53g-11-207","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 53G-11-207","heading":"Collective bargaining agreement -- Website posting.","body":"(1) As used in this section, \"collective bargaining agreement\" includes:\n(a) a master agreement; and\n(b) an amendment, addendum, memorandum, or other document modifying the master agreement.\n(2) A local school board:\n(a) shall post on the school district's website a collective bargaining agreement entered into by the local school board within 10 days of the ratification of the agreement; and\n(b) may remove from the school district's website a collective bargaining agreement that is no longer in effect.\n(3) A charter school governing board:\n(a) shall post on the charter school's website a collective bargaining agreement entered into by the charter school governing board within 10 days of the ratification of the agreement; and\n(b) may remove from the charter school's website a collective bargaining agreement that is no longer in effect.","path":["Title 53G Public Education System -- Local Administration","Chapter 53G-11 Employees","Part 53G-11-2 Miscellaneous Requirements"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title53G/Chapter11/53G-11-S207.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"a79990df90ebb90097f10d81431cca65b2aa5060c4cf9f3e2be2a6a5640e16c6","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-53g-11-206","next":"us-ut/utah-code-53g-11-208"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
