{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-53g-9-305","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 53G-9-305","heading":"Regulations of department.","body":"(1) In accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, the department shall make rules regarding:\n(a) which vaccines are required as a condition of attending school;\n(b) the manner and frequency of the vaccinations; and\n(c) the vaccination exemption form described in Section 53G-9-304.\n(2) The department shall ensure that the rules described in Subsection (1):\n(a) conform to recognized standard medical practices; and\n(b) require schools to report to the department statistical information and names of students who are not in compliance with Section 53G-9-302.","path":["Title 53G Public Education System -- Local Administration","Chapter 53G-9 Health and Welfare","Part 53G-9-3 Immunization Requirements"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title53G/Chapter9/53G-9-S305.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"00a13ee0f279fb1e7e66726cf435fb5e62fc878b962877912778fcb7ef221ac5","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-53g-9-304","next":"us-ut/utah-code-53g-9-306"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
