{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-13-407","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 53H-13-407","heading":"Cooperative education program -- Evaluation and reporting.","body":"(1) No later than September 15 of each year, the Office of the Commissioner of Higher Education, in collaboration with the entities described in Subsection 53H-13-405(1), shall prepare an annual report for submission to:\n(a) the Talent, Education, and Industry Alignment Board created in Section 53H-13-302;\n(b) the Utah Board of Higher Education; and\n(c) the Education Interim Committee and the Economic Development and Workforce Services Interim Committee.\n(2) The annual report described in Subsection (1) shall:\n(a) include:\n(i) the number of student placements and cooperative education employers;\n(ii) student and cooperative education employer feedback;\n(iii) key workforce impact metrics; and\n(iv) recommendations for additional on-going resources to scale cooperative education program offerings; and\n(b) provide analysis on the co-op's effectiveness in:\n(i) enhancing student career readiness;\n(ii) addressing Utah workforce needs and retention; and\n(iii) improving competency validation practices based on cooperative education employers' input.","path":["Title 53H Higher Education","Chapter 53H-13 Workforce Development","Part 53H-13-4 Talent Connect"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title53H/Chapter13/53H-13-S407.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"4d73cac31aa4f0a3633fa2426605c5c4650e3a4a14ab36c353a46793cfd58faa","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-13-406","next":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-14-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
