{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-15-203","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 53H-15-203","heading":"Utah Data Research Advisory Board -- Composition -- Appointment.","body":"(1) There is created the Utah Data Research Advisory Board.\n(2) The advisory board is composed of the following members:\n(a) the state superintendent of the State Board of Education or the state superintendent's designee;\n(b) the commissioner or the commissioner's designee;\n(c) the executive director of the Department of Workforce Services or the executive director's designee;\n(d) the executive director of the Department of Health and Human Services or the executive director's designee; and\n(e) the executive director of the Department of Commerce or the executive director's designee.\n(3) The commissioner or the commissioner's designee shall serve as chair.\n(4) A member of the advisory board:\n(a) except to the extent a member's service on the advisory board is related to the member's duties outside of the advisory board, may not receive compensation or benefits for the member's service; and\n(b) may receive per diem and travel expenses in accordance with:\n(i) Section 63A-3-106;\n(ii) Section 63A-3-107; and\n(iii) rules made by the Division of Finance under Sections 63A-3-106 and 63A-3-107.","path":["Title 53H Higher Education","Chapter 53H-15 Utah Data Research Center","Part 53H-15-2 Council Duties"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title53H/Chapter15/53H-15-S203.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"97fbd6c68c65abd879a77582a8673358c10baf99d9e57ef852e8fc0e834062c2","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-15-202","next":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-15-204"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
